📋 Description

• Drive the future of Lone Wolf Transact.

• Integrate AI throughout the transaction process to reduce manual tasks, collaborating closely with the Innovation team.

• Streamline the customer experience for entering and exiting the product.

• Oversee the Transact Profit & Loss, focusing on revenue, bookings, retention, and margins.

• Provide insights through a structured, surprise-free monthly Product Line Review.

• Establish and advocate for an outcome-focused strategy and roadmap aligned with Lone Wolf's financial objectives, including specifying what not to pursue.

• Collaborate with fellow Product leaders to ensure smooth transitions between Transact and other product lines.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers.

• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of competitors and win/loss trends.

• Provide Sales and Marketing teams with ready-to-use battle cards and positioning strategies.

• Manage key relationships with customers and partners, transforming feedback into prioritized actions.

• Act as a vital link across Product, Development, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in product management, including more than 5 years of leadership with teams of Product Managers in B2B or vertical SaaS environments.

• Demonstrated ownership of a product line's commercial performance — including P&L, bookings, or retention — with a strong financial understanding.

• Preferred experience in real estate technology, transaction management, or document and workflow software.

• A successful history of consolidating or modernizing products and migrating customers from legacy systems while maintaining retention.

• Practical experience in implementing AI and automation into production workflows with measurable adoption rates.

• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, capable of aligning cross-functional teams around a unified strategy.
