Senior Director, PMO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and maintain Gracenote’s Gated Agile PMO playbook from conception through post-launch assessment.

• Drive change management initiatives and enablement training to ensure sustained process adoption and mitigate cross-functional handoff failures.

• Facilitate and enforce cross-functional Gate Reviews utilizing objective entry and exit criteria.

• Optimize product-market alignment, avert premature commercial scaling, and expedite time to first closed-won revenue and widespread market adoption.

• Coordinate intricate, multi-regional product launches across Video, Audio/Auto, Sports, and Core Platform sectors.

• Implement tiered change control protocols.

• Establish and manage global RAID logs, escalation processes, and retrospective evaluations.

• Integrate efforts across Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, Sales, CPX, Operations, and Finance.

• Align with VP/SVP leadership on adherence to processes and set criteria for executive exceptions.

• Create and maintain dashboards that monitor program health, milestone achievements, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Provide operational and strategic updates along with risk mitigation strategies to VP/SVP stakeholders.

• Evaluate post-launch success through adoption metrics, ARR ramp speed, and efficiency relative to the initial business case.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10–15+ years of progressive experience in Program Management, Product Operations, or Go-To-Market (GTM) Management within B2B Technology, SaaS, Data, or Media Technology sectors.

• Proven history of constructing and scaling enterprise-wide Stage-Gate/Agile or similar New Product Introduction (NPI) frameworks across multiple product portfolios.

• Strategic, cross-functional fluency across Engineering, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance at the executive level.

• Expertise in Gated Agile, hybrid Stage-Gate methodologies, and software development life cycles (SDLC).

• Strong executive presence and skills in managing by influence.

• Demonstrated ability to constructively challenge senior leadership, handle ambiguity, and drive organizational transformation.

• Familiarity with and success in managing a Project Management Office for large-scale programs.

• Experience in successfully establishing and leading project teams, providing direction and structure.

• Relevant certifications such as PgMP, PMP, SAFe SPC, or equivalent.
