This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Expand TreviPay's business by collaborating with financial institutions and card issuer partners.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with sales organizations of partners.
• Equip bankers and relationship managers to pinpoint opportunities.
• Guide qualified opportunities through discovery, demonstrations, solution design, and closing processes.
• Formulate and implement commercial and sales strategies for financial institution and issuer channels.
• Develop strategic account plans, sales KPIs, pipeline growth strategies, revenue forecasts, and annual objectives.
• Create and deliver training materials, playbooks, battlecards, presentations, and other resources to enable partners.
• Collaborate with financial institution sales teams on account mapping, relationship planning, campaign support, and pipeline evaluations.
• Attain a comprehensive understanding of TreviPay's B2B payments and invoicing solutions, effectively conveying their value to clients and customers.
• Lead investigations, discovery sessions, product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, presentations, and deal development activities.
• Engage with complex enterprise buying groups and work alongside the internal sales team through extended sales cycles.
• Cultivate relationships with partner sales leadership, bankers, relationship managers, product partners, client stakeholders, and C-suite decision-makers.
• Meet revenue and profitability targets while maintaining an accurate working forecast.
• Collaborate with Marketing on partner-facing materials, campaigns, and incentive structures.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations for enablement, training, conferences, client meetings, and internal updates.
• Over 8 years of experience in channel sales, partner enablement, sales engineering, solutions consulting, commercial cards, B2B payments, banking technology, or a similar financial solutions environment.
• Extensive experience in developing and executing commercial or sales strategies, with a proven history of success.
• Proficient in selling financial solutions and articulating complex payment concepts in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
• Demonstrated ability to lead consultative discovery sessions, demonstrations, and presentations with senior stakeholders and intricate buying groups.
• Exceptional relationship-building abilities across partner sales organizations, internal teams, and enterprise clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, responsive, and capable of prioritizing, problem-solving, and functioning effectively in a matrix environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
• Experience working with or within a bank, card issuer, or commercial card sales organization.
• Proven experience in creating partner enablement content, including playbooks, battlecards, training, or certification programs.
• In-depth understanding of B2B payments, order-to-cash cycles, invoicing, commercial cards, or payment processing solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
