This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.
• Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives aimed at broadening the company’s clientele and enhancing its presence within the industry.
• Inspire and guide the sales team to meet sales objectives, focusing on high performance, accountability, and ongoing improvement.
• Recognize emerging market trends and potential growth opportunities in various regions.
• Build and sustain relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and business partners.
• Manage contract and agreement negotiations to optimize profitability while ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
• Deliver sales forecasts and reports, analyzing performance data to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with marketing, Sales Operations, and product development teams to ensure sales strategies align with market demands and product offerings.
• Oversee sales budgets and expenses to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost management.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and professional development for the sales team, including third-party representative agencies.
• Represent ERMCO at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and create business opportunities.
• Directly and/or indirectly supervise employees within designated departments.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Over 15 years of professional experience.
• More than 10 years in the distribution transformer or a related industry.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to propel sales growth and execute strategic initiatives.
• Robust industry network and comprehension of market dynamics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and business insight.
• Results-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable.
• Customer-centric with a dedication to fostering long-term relationships.
• Proficient in CRM systems.
• Candidates must either reside in or be willing to relocate to one of the following states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, North Carolina, Nebraska, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
