This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
• Take full ownership of product marketing from start to finish as the most senior and sole product marketer.
• Develop the go-to-market strategy and tiering for launches, which include category introductions and release notes.
• Coordinate efforts across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to implement successful launches.
• Manage product terminology, naming, bundling, packaging, and collaborate on pricing strategies.
• Clearly communicate product changes to the existing customer base.
• Lead competitor analysis, win-loss evaluations, and create sales battlecards.
• Provide market and competitive intelligence to inform marketing and product strategies.
• Collaborate with Product on first-party research and early-access customer groups.
• Transform customer insights into effective positioning, documented evidence, and product influence.
• Oversee portfolio-level positioning, value identification, and messaging for ProShop and Chip.
• Ensure consistent messaging throughout the website, demos, and renewal discussions.
• Manage the strategic narrative, demo presentation, objection handling, and proof points for go-to-market teams.
• Partner with GTM Enablement on delivery and certification processes.
• Leverage AI for research, drafting, competitive analysis, call monitoring, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Define metrics that link product marketing to pipeline and revenue generation.
• Report on launch outcomes, win rates, field message adoption, and insights.
• Shape the product marketing function and establish its operational rhythm.
• Over 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role or managing a significant portfolio.
• Proven track record of successful product marketing in a rapidly growing tech environment.
• Experience as a player-coach in executing launches, presentations, and positioning strategies.
• Proficiency in owning and scaling a product marketing department.
• Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, personas, and value-driven messaging.
• Ability to convert technical products into business outcomes effectively.
• Hands-on experience marketing AI or data-driven products to non-technical buyers.
• Established proficiency in using AI for research, drafting, analysis, competitive tracking, and more.
• Competence in guiding pricing and packaging decisions.
• Executive presence with outstanding writing, presentation, and storytelling capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with or marketing to machine shops, manufacturers, or industrial organizations is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of CMMC, ITAR, or AS9100 is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must reside in the United States or Canada; candidates from California, New York, and Quebec will not be considered.
