Senior Director of Insurance Demand

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage demand relationships with prominent P&C insurance carriers, agencies, lead exchanges, and marketplaces.

• Oversee demand for clicks, call transfers, and data leads, focusing on developing direct demand connections.

• Assist strategic demand partners in profitably enhancing their spending.

• Discover new demand opportunities and assess the business case for their onboarding.

• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to outline and onboard new demand partners or products.

• Partner with data science teams to enhance inventory positioning for demand partners.

• Broaden relationships across acquisition channels and explore new business lines beyond auto insurance.

• Provide support to engineering, data science, and analytics teams with best practices to enhance demand-partner performance and Savvy's yield.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of relevant experience in insurance lead generation, demand partnerships, or business development.

• Extensive knowledge of the P&C insurance lead generation sector, encompassing clicks, call transfers, data leads, and the landscape of carriers, agencies, lead exchanges, and marketplaces.

• Established connections with customer acquisition teams at major P&C carriers and lead exchanges.

• Experience working with a significant lead exchange or insurance marketplace in the United States.

• Proficiency in commercial arrangements typical in insurance lead generation.

• Experience negotiating significant contracts with major P&C carriers.

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to rigorously evaluate potential partners and deal structures.

• Familiarity with analytical tools like Looker and Tableau for basic self-service tasks.
