📋 Description

• Act as the interim leader for significant initiatives or strategic areas lacking, fragmented, or developing ownership.

• Establish operating frameworks, decision-making processes, working models, and accountability systems.

• Recognize, design, and implement AI-driven tools and strategies to address healthcare challenges.

• Speed up execution and create solutions for closing care gaps, enhancing operational efficiency, and improving member outcomes.

• Take responsibility for measurable progress and tangible business results.

• Stabilize, develop, or significantly reshape underdeveloped business segments.

• Provide direction when pathways are ambiguous and consolidate scattered ownership.

• Remove obstacles from stalled functions or initiatives.

• Transition responsibilities to a sustainable long-term owner, team, or organizational framework.

• Foster an understanding of Clover’s business model, operational context, and leadership dynamics.

• Clarify scope, decisions, and immediate priorities.

• Enhance decision-making quality and establish lasting ownership models.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in investing, consulting, business operations, strategy, startup leadership, or other highly selective operator pathways.

• Ability to quickly diagnose complex business issues through pattern recognition.

• Capability to transition from strategic planning to operational details without losing perspective.

• A builder mindset with the capacity to create structure in the absence of existing frameworks.

• Systems-thinking skills that encompass incentives, decisions, interfaces, and organizational design.

• Proven experience in tackling ambiguous, high-stakes projects with incomplete information and driving them to successful outcomes.

• Established credibility with senior executives, including the CEO, Chairman, and OpCo.

• Proficient in collaborating effectively with leaders across the organization.

• Comfortable in high-pressure, temporary roles focused on building, stabilizing, and transitioning.

• Prioritize addressing significant business challenges over maintaining a narrow functional focus.
