Assistant Director of Communities

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance engagement within MWEG Central, MWEG's exclusive online community.

• Initiate discussions and facilitate connections among members.

• Create programming, prompts, and provide volunteer assistance.

• Oversee operational systems related to member-facing communications.

• Act as the in-house expert for MWEG’s Circle platform.

• Directly manage the course creation specialist and the member experience specialist.

• Function as the deputy to the director of communities.

• Ensure continuity and coordination across the communities team as required.

• Proven experience in community-building, platform strategy, and interdepartmental collaboration.

• Capability to manage operational systems that support member-facing communications.

• Proficiency with the Circle platform.

• Ability to oversee the course creation specialist and member experience specialist.
