Senior Director, Gold Card Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage the Gold Card Program to ensure effective execution and communication of strategic priorities and outcomes with stakeholders.

• Create and drive long-term initiatives for program development and improvement.

• Incorporate subject matter expertise into the program and ensure adherence to processes during development, encompassing consumer experience, software engineering, clinical aspects, and behavior change science.

• Facilitate the integration of the program across all business units.

• Guarantee a consistent and seamless integration of adaptive technology and specialized team-based services to enhance behavior change outcomes.

• Assist in the financial analysis of program performance.

• Ensure that strategic plans for program management, enhancement, and new program development include ongoing assessments that document value propositions and financial performance metrics.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• Over 7 years of experience in product development, product management, or a related area.

• Proficiency in product planning, development, execution, and financial aspects.

• Experience across various market segments and product categories.
