This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and expand PTC’s strategic global partnership with Accenture.
• Develop and implement the global Accenture alliance strategy in line with PTC’s growth objectives.
• Create and sustain multi-year business plans focused on revenue growth, pipeline development, and market leadership.
• Identify opportunities for growth, strategic investments, and new market initiatives.
• Set alliance goals, success metrics, and annual operational priorities.
• Cultivate and maintain executive relationships within both Accenture and PTC.
• Establish programs for executive engagement and sponsorship.
• Facilitate alignment among leadership regarding priorities, investments, and growth initiatives.
• Act as the main executive escalation point for alliance opportunities and business challenges.
• Oversee the partnership’s global governance framework.
• Conduct executive business reviews, steering committees, and strategic planning meetings.
• Ensure accountability for joint business plans and performance targets.
• Coordinate investments, resources, and priorities across both organizations.
• Define and prioritize joint solutions that tackle strategic customer initiatives and industry transformation priorities.
• Align sales, marketing, services, and industry teams around solutions-led growth efforts.
• Promote the adoption and expansion of joint offerings.
• Advocate for innovation and differentiation through the partnership.
• Coordinate regional alliance leaders and field teams globally.
• Sponsor strategic opportunities and key customer engagements.
• Drive global co-selling, co-marketing, and business development initiatives.
• Ensure synchronization between global strategy and regional execution plans.
• Take ownership of alliance performance concerning revenue, pipeline, and strategic growth objectives.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify risks, barriers, and growth opportunities related to the alliance.
• Provide performance updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Over 10 years of experience in strategic alliances, partner sales, business development, or enterprise software sales.
• Extensive experience in managing executive-level relationships within large global organizations.
• Proven track record in building and scaling strategic partnerships that yield measurable business results.
• Experience in leading complex global projects across matrixed organizations.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, business development, and negotiation.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders both inside and outside the organization.
• Direct experience collaborating with Accenture (preferred).
• Experience managing Global System Integrator (GSI) partnerships (preferred).
• Knowledge of enterprise software, digital transformation, AI, engineering, manufacturing, PLM, ALM, or industrial technology markets (preferred).
• Experience in leading alliance governance models, executive steering committees, and global business planning processes (preferred).
