
Senior Director, Corporate FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland, +1 more country.
• Lead enterprise-level strategic planning, scenario modeling, and decision-making support for executive leadership.
• Deliver strategic reports to the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.
• Manage the financial planning calendar and its associated timelines.
• Facilitate enterprise capital allocation discussions, target establishment, financial modeling, and scenario analysis.
• Supervise corporate planning cycles, define KPIs, ensure strategic alignment, and oversee executive review processes.
• Prepare reporting packages for the Executive Committee and the Board.
• Collaborate with SEC Reporting and Investor Relations for quarterly earnings preparation and analysis of external financial guidance.
• Develop annual corporate bonus and long-term incentive programs in partnership with Total Rewards and Wellbeing leadership.
• Conduct financial evaluations for enterprise-level and confidential strategic projects.
• Work alongside Corporate Development and Strategy on pertinent workstreams.
• Engage with the Executive Committee, CEO, and CFO regarding high-level financial discussions.
• Support Global Finance transformation initiatives, including AI adoption, Oracle EPM integration, and enhancements to the forecasting process.
• Inspire and lead the Corporate FP&A team while nurturing relationships across Global Finance.
• Extensive expertise in FP&A, covering enterprise planning, target setting, strategic reporting, and financial performance management.
• Background in a global biopharmaceutical company is preferred.
• Proven ability to influence outcomes, function within matrix organizations, and drive strategic initiatives.
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, with a talent for engaging senior executives and managing a high-performance organization.
• Proficient in financial modeling and analytics, capable of converting complex analyses into strategic narratives.
• Strong financial insight and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with financial systems such as Oracle and SAP.
• Willingness to travel internationally, including visits to the headquarters in Dublin.
• Relevant financial or management qualification, such as an MBA, qualified accountant designation, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of operational experience.
