Project Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Examine contracts and assess vital financial components, such as deliverables, title transfer conditions, cash milestones, payment arrangements, foreign exchange, and tax consequences.

• Oversee budget transfer and allocation processes, ensuring precise tracking of project finances and performance reporting.

• Collaborate with Project Managers and business executives to scrutinize execution performance, enhance contract margins, optimize cash flow, and mitigate project risks.

• Assist project teams in navigating complex financial and operational issues to achieve optimal business results.

• Work alongside FP&A and cross-functional teams on forecasting, variance analysis, process enhancements, LEAN projects, and operational standardization.

• Support the Aeroderivative business sector by promoting financial performance, ensuring adherence to compliance, and maximizing project profitability.

• Serve as a vital business partner during project execution, providing precise financial analysis, risk management, and operational excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

• Prior experience in Finance, Accounting, Project Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, or related fields.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems such as Oracle and/or SAP.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with large databases, ERP reporting tools, financial analysis, and performance reporting.
