📋 Description

• Oversee data management to inform and impact decisions related to daily operations, strategic planning, and business performance challenges.

• Model, interpret, and analyze data to recognize, clarify, and influence variances and trends.

• Clarify variances and trends while enhancing modeling methodologies.

• Comprehend departmental, segmental, and organizational strategies and operational goals along with their interconnections.

• Make informed decisions about work methods in uncertain situations with minimal guidance.

• Adhere to established guidelines and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in general accounting and financial management.

• Proven experience in compiling, modeling, interpreting, and analyzing data to identify, elucidate, and influence variances and trends.

• Experience managing data to support and inform decisions related to daily operations, strategic planning, and specific business performance issues.

• Capability to explain variances and trends while enhancing modeling techniques.

• Familiarity with and understanding of departmental, segmental, and organizational strategies.

• A minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads for remote work.

• A dedicated workspace free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
