This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +34 more states.
• Establish and oversee a qualified pipeline of new business opportunities with pharmaceutical manufacturers for hub services, specialty pharmacy, and alternative channel programs.
• Identify and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within manufacturing companies.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial prospecting to contract finalization.
• Create and present proposals that align manufacturer requirements with Fuze Health's offerings.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy & Hub Operations, Clinical Services, Legal, and Finance departments to create viable agreements.
• Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting in the CRM pipeline while keeping the VP of Business Development informed.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive movements, and regulatory changes.
• Serve as a representative of Fuze Health at industry conferences and events aimed at manufacturers.
• Over 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships specifically within pharmaceutical manufacturer services, specialty pharmacy, or hub services.
• Previous experience in a Director role or higher.
• Familiarity with alternative channel models, such as DTP and DTE program design.
• Proven ability to source and finalize complex deals involving multiple stakeholders in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, trade/distribution systems, or patient access services.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with experience presenting to senior stakeholders in manufacturing.
• Capacity to work independently in a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial setting.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Candidates must have authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Must reside in one of the specified eligible U.S. states.
• An MBA or a Master's degree with a focus on healthcare is preferred.
• Existing relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturer commercial, trade, or market access entities are advantageous.
• Experience with specialty pharmacies, 3PLs, or patient hub providers is preferred.
• Prior experience in a growth-stage healthcare or pharmaceutical services company is a plus.
