This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more states.
• Translate franchise and functional priorities into well-defined plans and roadmaps for new global capabilities.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders on priorities, sequencing, trade-offs, and success metrics.
• Oversee Marketing Enablement, which includes marketing standards, brand planning, customer journeys, tools, playbooks, and upskilling initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop four Activation Leads along with the Global Marketing Enablement Lead.
• Define and take ownership of the activation strategy for global CX capabilities.
• Synthesize inputs from franchises and functions for CX Operations and Global Capability Teams.
• Establish guidelines for the introduction, embedding, and maintenance of global capabilities.
• Represent activation and marketing priorities, risks, and dependencies in leadership and cross-functional forums.
• Monitor adoption, utilization, and impact metrics to promote continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with CX leadership, CX Leads, Global Capability Teams, Technical Leads, Franchise Heads, as well as training, communications, and field enablement teams.
• Guide coordinated rollouts and serve as a senior escalation point for challenges related to adoption, change, and readiness.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, technology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in marketing, omnichannel, or activation within a pharmaceutical organization.
• 6–8 years of experience in leadership roles, developing high-performing teams.
• Proven experience leading teams that include Directors or equivalent positions.
• Strong record of partnering with commercial, market access, medical, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable marketing enablement assets.
• Experience in establishing marketing standards and frameworks in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Experience operating as a member of a leadership team and influencing global strategy.
• Comprehensive understanding of CRM, omnichannel engagement, digital enablement platforms, analytics, and insights.
• Experience in setting activation frameworks, standards, and success criteria.
• Ability to interpret adoption, utilization, and impact data.
• Experience in designing and operationalizing global marketing frameworks and assets.
• Experience in driving adoption through governance, communities of practice, and feedback loops.
• Experience in guiding multi-functional rollouts and managing change load.
• Working knowledge of capability operating models and agile delivery.
• Experience with resource planning, performance management, and talent development.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred.
• Experience with rare disease or specialty brands preferred.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% of the time.
