Senior Digital Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and provide support for PostgreSQL/SQL databases, which includes querying, data cleansing, structuring, and manipulation.

• Create Python routines and scripts aimed at data cleansing, integration, and processing.

• Extract and integrate data via APIs, linking various platforms and information sources.

• Design, maintain, and improve process automation utilizing Python, n8n, and Power Automate.

• Create, update, and enhance dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel to facilitate KPI monitoring.

• Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analyses, converting data into actionable insights for decision-making.

• Develop and apply Artificial Intelligence solutions targeting productivity, analysis automation, and process enhancement.

• Support, oversee, and enhance existing solutions by identifying challenges and opportunities for improvement.

• Collect and comprehend business-area requirements, suggesting suitable technical solutions.

• Assist in new initiatives and projects related to data, automation, BI, integrations, and AI.

• Collaborate across functions, integrating data, Business Intelligence, development, automation, integrations, and Artificial Intelligence, while supporting the Digital Channels and Quality teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in SQL and relational databases, preferably with PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with Python, particularly in data cleansing, processing, or integration tasks.

• Experience with Power BI, specifically in dashboard and report creation and maintenance.

• Competence in Excel.

• Experience with or knowledge of API integration and consumption.

• Understanding of process automation.

• Ability to analyze data and convert information into insights that facilitate decision-making.

• Analytical mindset, self-sufficiency in problem-solving, and capacity to manage diverse requests while collaborating with various teams.

• Preferred: experience with n8n and/or Power Automate.

• Preferred: knowledge of or hands-on experience using Artificial Intelligence and generative AI in automations, analyses, or processes.

• Preferred: experience in developing and supporting data solutions.

• Preferred: understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data integration.

• Preferred: experience in Digital Channels, Quality, Customer Experience, or Contact Center environments.

• Preferred: involvement in improvement, innovation, or digital transformation projects.
