This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the creation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that are in line with client business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Implement, oversee, and enhance campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, META, Bing, YouTube, and other paid media avenues.
• Examine campaign, website, and conversion metrics to uncover insights, trends, and areas for optimization.
• Formulate recommendations aimed at enhancing acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention outcomes.
• Design and sustain campaign reporting dashboards, visual representations, and performance summaries suitable for executive review.
• Work in collaboration with Digital Marketing Leads, analysts, creative teams, and analytics departments to carry out integrated marketing initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools and frameworks to enhance and scale everyday operations.
• Engage in client meetings to present updates on campaigns, insights, performance trends, and recommendations for optimization.
• Assist in media planning, audience targeting, testing methodologies, and budget allocation strategies and pacing.
• Implement and evaluate A/B testing projects across various campaigns, audiences, creative elements, and landing pages.
• Ensure precise campaign tracking, tagging, UTM governance, and measurement frameworks are in place.
• Keep an eye on industry trends, platform updates, and new digital marketing opportunities.
• Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and campaign execution as necessary.
• Juggle multiple campaigns and client priorities concurrently in a dynamic agency setting.
• 4–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or media planning.
• A growth-oriented mindset and a culture that embraces experimentation.
• Prior experience in an agency or consulting environment is highly favored.
• Practical experience in managing campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, META Ads Manager, Bing Ads, and YouTube.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics / GA4, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio / Data Studio, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable business insights.
• Experience in presenting findings and recommendations to both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel/data analysis, including pivot tables, formulas, and data manipulation techniques.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities and client engagements simultaneously while taking ownership of tasks.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience with ABM platforms such as Terminus, 6sense, Demandbase, or Triblio is a bonus.
• Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Data Management Platforms (DMPs), or marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI/reporting tools is a plus.
• Exposure to SEO, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), or website analytics projects is an advantage.
• Understanding of GA4 event tracking, tagging, and attribution methodologies is a nice addition.
