Senior Digital Marketeer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Design and implement marketing strategies to enhance awareness, engagement, lead generation, and account openings.

• Provide guidance on the ideal media mix across both online and offline platforms.

• Oversee and manage cross-channel marketing initiatives.

• Enhance visibility in search, AI search, and other high-intent channels.

• Optimize landing pages, conversion paths, and lead nurturing processes.

• Evaluate campaign and funnel performance, translating findings into actionable improvements.

• Collaborate with teams in content, creative, SEO, PPC, analytics, and product.

• Stay informed on marketing trends and pinpoint new growth avenues.

• Participate in squad planning, prioritization, and strategic discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing.

• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable growth through campaigns, search initiatives, conversion optimization, and funnel enhancements.

• Strong grasp of SEO, paid media, conversion rate optimization, lead generation, and customer journey mapping.

• Analytical mindset with robust data interpretation skills.

• Strategic thinker who is comfortable with hands-on execution.

• Experience collaborating across functions in agile settings.

• Strong business acumen along with stakeholder management capabilities.

• Native Dutch speaker or possess strong fluency in Dutch.

• Proficient in English.
