This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, secure, and manage AWS infrastructure, encompassing EKS/ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, VPC, and IAM.

• Take ownership of cloud security by implementing least-privilege IAM, encryption, secrets management, network segmentation, and threat detection.

• Strengthen production Kubernetes environments utilizing RBAC, network policies, pod security standards, admission control, and runtime security practices.

• Oversee infrastructure as code practices using Terraform, which includes policy-as-code and security guardrails.

• Develop CI/CD pipelines that integrate security controls.

• Manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.

• Lead the incident response efforts, addressing security incidents and conducting post-mortem analyses.

• Execute vulnerability management, patching, and resolve audit findings.

• Provide secure support for data and AI/LLM workloads.

• Monitor and manage cloud costs effectively.

• Collaborate closely with Python backend, data, and AI teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.

• More than 3 years of experience managing AWS and Kubernetes in a production environment.

• Direct production experience in cloud and infrastructure security, covering IAM, KMS/secrets, network security, and tools like GuardDuty and Security Hub.

• Experience with production Kubernetes, including RBAC, network policies, and pod security configurations.

• Proficiency with AWS services such as EKS, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, and VPC.

• Familiarity with Terraform and infrastructure as code methodologies.

• Knowledge of secure CI/CD and DevSecOps tools, including SAST, image, and dependency scanning.

• Experience with observability and incident response using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch.

• Proficient in Docker and containerization technologies.

• Scripting capabilities in Python and Bash.

• Strong foundational knowledge in Linux and networking.

• Must be based in Poland.

• Fluent in English.
