Senior DevOps Engineer, Terraform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, construct, and oversee cloud infrastructure utilizing Terraform.

• Create reusable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules and templates.

• Architect and maintain cloud environments across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Develop and sustain CI/CD pipelines to automate application and infrastructure deployments.

• Implement and support Docker and Kubernetes environments.

• Automate processes using Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.

• Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.

• Diagnose production infrastructure issues and provide on-call support as required.

• Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to enhance deployment and operational processes.

• Implement DevOps best practices and support AI-driven cloud initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Over 5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Terraform.

• Proficient in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Experienced with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Skilled in building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar tools.

• Proficient in Python, Bash, or other scripting languages.

• Familiar with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

• Knowledgeable in cloud security, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps best practices.

• Familiar with AI concepts including Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Willingness to participate in internal and external meetings via video calls, as required.

• Capability to work onsite at corporate or client offices, as necessary.

• Ability to remain stationary at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods, as necessary.

• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead, as necessary.

• Hand-eye coordination to operate computers and office equipment, as necessary.

• Vision abilities including close vision, tolerance for fluorescent lighting, and focus adjustment, as necessary.

• For roles involving business travel/event attendance, ability to lift 25 lbs, as required.

• For roles involving business travel/event attendance, a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are mandatory.
