Senior DevOps Engineer – Azure, AWS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Implementation and development of cloud infrastructure based on Microsoft Azure or AWS

• Providing operational support and maintenance for cloud-based environments

• Analyzing and optimizing cloud costs within the FinOps domain

• Conducting assessments of existing cloud infrastructure

• Collaborating closely with project teams and clients in the areas of DevOps and CloudOps

• Responding to current project needs and serving as a specialist to support technical teams

• Automating processes using AI technologies

• Engaging with the DevOps community to facilitate knowledge sharing

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the IT industry, including in DevOps or Cloud Engineering

• Practical experience working with Azure or AWS

• Knowledge and utilization of CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet

• Strong proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization

• Practical experience in observability tools such as Grafana/LGTM, Datadog, Instana

• Ability to create automation scripts in Bash, Python, or PowerShell

• Experience in Cloud Cost Optimization and FinOps

• Utilizing Generative AI in daily tasks, process automation, software development, or architectural decision-making

• Understanding of networking concepts in the cloud, such as VPC/VNet, DNS, VPN

• Awareness of security, reliability, and scalability issues in cloud environments

• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level, both spoken and written

• Nice to have: experience with GCP
