Support and Deployment Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Implement and configure system architectures incorporating suitable security frameworks.

• Set up servers with hardened configurations and firewall policies between them.

• Assist in the deployment of Azeus applications within cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and KSA cloud.

• Install Azeus applications at client locations.

• Manage server and application software hardening along with firewall policy creation.

• Identify and evaluate issues related to system integration.

• Troubleshoot server problems by diagnosing root causes and executing prompt corrective measures.

• Develop and execute solutions for persistent issues.

• Create and implement strategies for preventive measures.

• Recognize repetitive tasks and suggest automation tools for efficiency.

• Provide support on-call for various support cases.

• Collaborate closely with systems administrators and project team members on system configurations.

• Establish and sustain cost-effective and efficient hardware and software deployments that align with project demands.
