Senior DevOps Engineer, Azure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Designing, implementing, and developing cloud infrastructure based on Microsoft Azure.

• Automating processes and developing solutions based on Infrastructure as Code.

• Implementing and enhancing CI/CD processes and DevOps practices.

• Analyzing cloud environments and recommending technical and cost improvements.

• Optimizing resource usage and cloud costs in line with FinOps principles.

• Collaborating with clients and project teams on cloud project implementations.

• Utilizing AI-based tools to automate work and enhance the efficiency of engineering processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT industry, particularly in DevOps or Cloud Engineering.

• Excellent knowledge of Azure, covering IaaS and PaaS services.

• Experience working with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, CDK).

• DevOps competencies including CI/CD, deployment process automation, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with observability and monitoring solutions (e.g., Grafana, LGTM, Datadog, Instana).

• Proficiency in scripting tools (bash, PowerShell, or similar).

• Practical experience in Cloud Cost Optimization/FinOps.

• Experience in implementing and maintaining cloud infrastructure.

• Ability to analyze cloud environments and recommend improvements (both technical and cost-related).

• Practical use of GenAI-based tools supporting automation, software development, and engineering tasks.

• Proficient in English at a minimum B2 level, both spoken and written.

• Nice to have: experience working with other clouds (AWS, GCP).
