📋 Description

• Take charge of CI/CD pipeline architecture for the Salesforce Platform.

• Establish Salesforce sandbox and branching methodologies.

• Oversee release governance across various Salesforce environments.

• Execute and manage automated testing and deployment workflows.

• Integrate AI-powered development and delivery tools to enhance testing, code review, and deployment risk identification.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of comprehensive IT experience, including over 4 years in Salesforce release engineering.

• Extensive hands-on expertise with SFDX, Salesforce CLI, and Metadata API deployments.

• Proven production experience with at least one Salesforce DevOps/deployment platform such as Copado, Gearset, AutoRabit, or Flosum.

• Strong proficiency in Git, covering branching, pull-request gating, and resolving conflicts in metadata-rich repositories.

• Practical CI/CD experience with one or more platforms: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

• Familiarity with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) sufficient for troubleshooting deployment issues.

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Node.js.

• Solid understanding of Salesforce governor limits and their implications on deployment and testing strategies.
