Senior DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create technical design specifications derived from functional requirements

• Design and manage AWS Cloud applications

• Coordinate container orchestration using Kubernetes

• Streamline operations through automation and implement CI/CD pipelines

• Maintain security and compliance standards

• Evaluate options for change implementation, weighing benefits and risks, and suggest the most suitable approach with minimal guidance

• Act as the primary expert in developing and deploying infrastructure across various projects

• Enhance scalable systems over time and uplift the team's technical expertise

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience as a DevOps engineer

• Proficiency in serverless computing, scripting, and AWS

• Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and AWS CDK/Terraform/CDKTF

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and database administration (preferred)

• Skills in Python and TypeScript

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Strong client interaction and teamwork abilities

• Capability to work independently, adapt, and maintain a positive attitude

• Proficient in English — all meetings, customer calls, and business communications are conducted in English

• Resume must be written in English
