DevOps Engineer – Legal AI Tech Scale-up

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage and enhance Noxtua's cloud infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness.

• Maintain documentation for infrastructure.

• Create and sustain infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible.

• Automate repetitive operational tasks with scripting.

• Collaborate with development teams to develop and sustain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.

• Establish and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.

• Provision and oversee machines and environments tailored for AI workloads alongside the AI team.

• Construct self-service infrastructure for various initiatives.

• Assist in maintaining infrastructure audit readiness for BSI C5, TISAX, and ISO 27001 standards.

• Implement security best practices in daily operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering.

• Proven experience in managing production systems.

• Proficiency in Linux.

• Automation skills in Bash and Python.

• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS, load balancing, and firewalls.

• Experience in constructing and managing cloud infrastructure, preferably on AWS.

• Familiarity with Open Telekom Cloud or other European/sovereign clouds is advantageous.

• Expertise in Terraform and Ansible.

• Experience in building CI/CD pipelines, ideally with GitHub Actions or comparable tools.

• Proficiency in Docker and Docker Compose.

• Mandatory experience with Kubernetes.

• Experience in setting up monitoring and alerting using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.

• Fluent in English.

• Knowledge of German is a plus.
