Senior Developer Relations Manager – Healthcare AI

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable technical advisor, problem solver, and advocate for the Healthcare and Lifesciences developer ecosystem.

• Promote the adoption of NVIDIA technologies with various multifunctional partners.

• Showcase innovative solutions that incorporate the NVIDIA stack into developer products, platforms, and pipelines.

• Provide guidance on technical enablement resources such as sample code, guides, demonstration pipelines, and tools.

• Emphasize applications including scientific reasoning, pharmaceutical clinical development, trial matching, regulatory submissions, ambient clinical documentation, and cross-specialty agent orchestration.

• Assist customers, partners, and startups in their onboarding and integration with NVIDIA programs.

• Encourage co-innovation and the development of next-generation solutions.

• Map, track, and monitor the European healthcare and life sciences ecosystem, especially in relation to agentic AI.

• Identify growth opportunities, provide insights for technology roadmaps, and shape adoption strategies.

• Collaborate with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to enhance developer engagement and maximize partner adoption.

• Engage with partner engineering teams, technical leaders, and decision-makers to define objectives, address technical challenges, and advocate for integration best practices.

• Represent partner technical requirements and feedback to NVIDIA's product and engineering teams.

• Provide actionable field-deployment insights to guide product roadmaps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• At least 8+ years of professional experience in the technology sector, including software engineering, developer relations, or technical partnerships.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience within the specified ecosystem.

• Demonstrated experience in leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at major technology firms, Healthcare and Lifesciences ISVs, or relevant sectors.

• Technical expertise in Healthcare and Lifescience high-performance computing, cloud, AI/ML, and/or specific vertical frameworks and libraries.

• Capability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams, including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and conducting technical talks or workshops.

• Proficient in structuring and implementing complex technical engagements, negotiating requirements, prioritizing issues, and collaborating with internal or external stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience in developing or optimizing life science or healthcare-specific solutions.

• Familiarity with advanced computing, AI, and/or GPU acceleration platforms, including BioNeMo Agent Toolkit, NVIDIA Agent Toolkit, Open Models, Agent Harnesses, training methodologies, model deployment tooling, and inference optimization.

• Proven track record in creating and implementing systems for real-time processing and low-latency decision-making.

• Successful history of building and expanding developer communities and delivering technical enablement programs.

• Understanding of healthcare and clinical research data standards such as HL7, FHIR, and DICOM.

• Awareness of privacy and security regulations like HIPAA and GDPR.
