Senior Developer Relations Manager, EMEA AI Natives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable technical advisor, problem solver, and advocate for the developer ecosystem within EMEA AI Natives.

• Promote the adoption of NVIDIA technologies among various multifunctional partners.

• Showcase solutions that integrate the NVIDIA stack into developer products, platforms, and pipelines.

• Provide guidance on sample code, instructional materials, demonstration pipelines, and tools for practical applications.

• Assist partners and startups in navigating the onboarding process and integrating with NVIDIA programs.

• Encourage co-innovation and the development of next-generation solutions.

• Map, monitor, and analyze the developer ecosystem to pinpoint growth opportunities and shape technology roadmaps.

• Collaborate with solution architects, engineering teams, product management, and marketing departments.

• Engage with partner engineering teams, technical leaders, and decision-makers to address technical challenges and advocate for integration best practices.

• Represent the technical needs and feedback from partners to NVIDIA’s product and engineering teams.

• Provide insights from field deployments to influence product roadmaps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

• A minimum of 8+ years of overall professional experience in the technology sector focusing on software engineering, developer relations, or technical partnerships.

• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in the specified ecosystem.

• Proven experience in leading, collaborating, and scaling developer programs at major technology companies, EMEA AI Natives, ISVs, or relevant sectors.

• Technical expertise in high-performance computing, cloud technologies, AI/ML, and/or specific vertical frameworks and libraries.

• Capability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in leading technical collaborations, including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and conducting technical talks or workshops.

• Proficiency in structuring and executing complex technical engagements, negotiating requirements, prioritizing issues, and collaborating with stakeholders.

• Practical experience in building or optimizing vertical-specific solutions for Generative and Agentic AI.

• Familiarity with advanced computing, AI, and/or GPU acceleration platforms.

• A proven track record of designing and implementing systems for real-time processing and low-latency decision-making.

• A successful history of building and scaling developer communities and delivering technical enablement programs.
