Senior Developer Relations Manager – DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture technical and business relationships with a select group of strategically significant software companies within the region.

• Formulate and execute strategies to incorporate the NVIDIA platform into partner products.

• Develop and sustain technical expertise in agentic AI systems, open models, data science applications, and GPU-accelerated computing.

• Act as a trusted technical advisor, problem solver, and advocate for developers associated with supported software companies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote the adoption of NVIDIA technologies.

• Demonstrate and integrate NVIDIA tools, libraries, SDKs, open models, NIMs, and blueprints into the products, platforms, and pipelines of partners.

• Assist partners in onboarding and integration by providing sample code, guides, and demo pipelines.

• Encourage co-innovation of next-generation solutions.

• Map and oversee developer ecosystems to pinpoint growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing to inform roadmaps and enhance partner adoption strategies.

• Engage with technical leaders from partner organizations to facilitate best-practice integrations and address technical challenges.

• Conduct regular sync meetings to monitor adoption, identify new workflows, and communicate field insights to NVIDIA product teams.

• Articulate the business and commercial advantages of integrating the NVIDIA platform into the products of software companies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 8+ years of overall professional experience in the technology sector.

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with Product and Engineering teams at enterprise-scale software companies focused on strategic product integrations.

• Background in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management.

• Proven experience in leading, partnering with, and scaling developer programs at major technology firms.

• Familiarity with product integration involving vertical-specific technology platforms or horizontal business applications.

• Strong technical knowledge in AI/ML, customization of open models, or development of agentic systems.

• Experience managing technical collaborations with engineering and product teams, including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivering technical presentations or workshops.

• Proficiency in structuring and implementing complex technical engagements, negotiating requirements, prioritizing issues, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Capability to simplify intricate technical concepts for diverse audiences, from engineers to executives.

• Comprehensive experience in defining, integrating, building, and jointly marketing solutions with strategic ISV partners.

• Ability to conceptualize and convey the commercial implications of integrating NVIDIA’s platform.

• Willingness to travel frequently, up to 60% of the time.

• Practical experience in developing or optimizing AI solutions with software companies engaged in industry-specific technology systems or wide-ranging business software applications.

• Knowledge of advanced computing, AI, and/or GPU acceleration platforms, including agentic systems that utilize domain-adapted open models.

• A successful track record of building and expanding developer communities and delivering technical enablement initiatives.

• Expertise in creating frameworks to capture developer sentiment and market dynamics, translating ecosystem changes into actionable intelligence.
