Developer Advocate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +4 more locations.

📋 Description

• Act as Aduna's public representative within the worldwide developer community.

• Assist developers in discovering, comprehending, and utilizing Network APIs.

• Engage directly with developer communities across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform ecosystems.

• Establish and enhance Aduna's presence on GitHub, Stack Overflow, technical forums, and various developer communities.

• Produce blogs, tutorials, demos, code samples, walkthroughs, and developer documentation.

• Develop and maintain sample applications that demonstrate Aduna's Network APIs.

• Conduct live demonstrations, technical presentations, webinars, and conference sessions.

• Create hands-on educational materials to facilitate adoption and minimize the time to the first successful API call.

• Collect developer feedback and represent developer interests across Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.

• Monitor and report on developer engagement metrics, sandbox adoption, content performance, and community expansion.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Senior Use-Case Leads to ensure technical accuracy and effective storytelling.

• Design Aduna's developer engagement strategy and cultivate a vibrant technical community.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, Technical Evangelism, Solutions Engineering, or a hands-on software engineering role with public-facing duties.

• Strong software development skills with the capability to write, test, and present functional code.

• Experience in creating technical content tailored for developer audiences.

• Proven ability to articulate complex technical subjects to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Background in working with APIs, SDKs, developer platforms, or cloud-native technologies.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English.

• Experience presenting at technical meetups, conferences, webinars, or community events is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with CPaaS, telecommunications APIs, communications platforms, or similar technologies is a plus but not mandatory.
