Senior Developer, Python/Java – AI Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create applications and services based on LLM using Python

• Architect and execute Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions

• Utilize vector databases for knowledge indexing and retrieval

• Design agent-based frameworks and multi-agent systems

• Construct pipelines and applications with LangChain and/or LangGraph

• Apply observability practices for AI applications leveraging tools like LangFuse

• Integrate AI solutions with APIs, microservices, and pre-existing systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into AI-driven solutions

• Uphold quality, scalability, and best practices in the development of AI solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient experience with Python, Java, and ReactJS

• Proven experience in developing applications utilizing LLMs

• Familiarity with LangChain and/or LangGraph

• Background in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

• Experience working with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Chroma, or similar)

• Expertise in building multi-agent architectures

• Understanding of API development and service integration

• Experience with Git and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification

• Intermediate proficiency in English (preferred)
