This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the onboarding and implementation processes for clients
• Create, develop, maintain, and provide support for SSIS packages
• Administer daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc data loading activities
• Receive, validate, transform, and reconcile source files from clients
• Assist with integration and maintenance of master data
• Diagnose and resolve failures in data loading, mapping problems, and issues related to data quality
• Generate SQL-based reports, extracts, and analytical datasets
• Contribute to reporting initiatives using Power BI and Tableau
• Establish monitoring and operational support processes
• Engage in production deployments and implementation efforts
• Offer after-hours support as necessary
• Propel the growth of AI-enabled data operations
• Discover opportunities for ETL automation
• Apply AI-assisted techniques for validation, reconciliation, monitoring, onboarding, and analytics
• Propose measurable AI initiatives that minimize manual tasks through automation
• Enhance the speed of analytics and the generation of business insights
• Elevate data quality and operational efficiency through AI-supported workflows
• Minimum of 6 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, especially Microsoft SQL Server 2019 or newer
• At least 5 years of practical experience in SSIS development
• Proficient in advanced T-SQL, including stored procedures, views, functions, reconciliation, and data analysis
• Experience in supporting enterprise ETL and operational data environments
• Strong skills in problem-solving, communication, documentation, and analysis
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer
• A bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, mathematics, information technology, or Business Administration is required; a master's degree in computer science, computer application, or Business Administration is also acceptable
• Essential experience with SQL Server 2022/2025, SSIS, and Power BI/Tableau
• Preferred background in healthcare, payer, claims, eligibility, provider, or membership data
• Familiarity with data warehouse and master data management concepts is beneficial
• Desired practical AI skills for data ingestion, validation, monitoring, analysis, and insight generation
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude AI, ChatGPT/OpenAI, or similar platforms is preferred
