Senior Developer, AI and Agentforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, scalable AI-driven solutions utilizing Salesforce Agentforce and Data 360.

• Develop, test, and enhance Agentforce agents, workflows, and automation processes.

• Prototype and assess new AI technologies that complement the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Design and construct scalable, secure architectures for Salesforce Data 360, incorporating DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, and real-time data activation.

• Utilize unstructured DMOs, retrievers, and search indexes effectively.

• Collaborate closely with customers to identify requirements and present intricate solutions.

• Program using Lightning Web Components, Apex, and JavaScript.

• Work with project teams to transform exploratory and strategic requirements into technical solutions.

• Keep abreast of Salesforce updates, Agentforce improvements, platform best practices, and advancements in the AI field.

• Obtain and sustain relevant Salesforce certifications.

• Represent NeuraFlash and Accenture within Salesforce and AI communities.

• Employ AI tools and development assistants to enhance build efficiency and speed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of practical Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and JavaScript.

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce's Apex programming language and its coding patterns/best practices.

• Solid grounding in software development principles, programming fundamentals, and object-oriented programming (OOP).

• Comprehensive understanding of CI/CD processes and source control using Git.

• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems through REST APIs.

• Experience in creating solutions on Salesforce Data 360.

• Proficiency in developing Agentforce agents, workflows, and automation.

• Hands-on experimentation with AI technologies beyond core Salesforce, including LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and emerging tools.

• Quick adaptability to learn and acquire new technical skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clarify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Data 360 functionalities, such as unstructured DMOs, retrievers, search indexes, RAG, and identity resolution.

• Preferred: Experience with Agentforce Agent Script.

• Preferred: Relevant certifications like Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Agentforce Specialist, or Claude Certified Architect.

• Preferred: Previous consulting or professional services experience.

• Preferred: Experience with LLM providers, vector databases, or agent orchestration frameworks outside of Salesforce.

• Preferred: Experience with additional Salesforce Clouds.

• Preferred: Understanding of Salesforce Enhanced Chat and Omni-Channel.

• Preferred: Experience with Amazon Connect or similar telephony platforms.

• Preferred: Experience in writing, testing, and deploying AWS Lambda functions.

• Preferred: Proficiency in using Claude Code or equivalent AI coding agents.
