AI Engineer – Support Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Drive the adoption of AI across the organization on approved platforms.

• Take ownership of the enterprise AI workspace and assist with essential business tools.

• Develop and sustain custom integrations, agents, and Slackbots.

• Offer support for Langdock, Gemini, and internal AI tools, encompassing onboarding, troubleshooting, and vendor escalations.

• Oversee platform health and user adoption.

• Maintain runbooks and comprehensive documentation.

• Integrate AI tools with internal content and workflows.

• Ensure production reliability through continuous monitoring and evaluation.

• Assess, prioritize, and manage incoming AI use-case requests.

• Keep stakeholders informed and updated.

• Support global enterprise initiatives and public institutions utilizing AI and data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Practical experience in AI engineering, specifically in developing LLM-powered applications, agents, and RAG/knowledge-base systems.

• Proficient in prompt design, tool/function calling, and API integration.

• Power user of Claude Code or similar agentic coding tools for deployed projects.

• Solid engineering skills with Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, cloud services, and webhooks.

• Experience in building and managing Slack apps/bots, including Slack API, event subscriptions, and bot deployment.

• Exceptional project management and communication abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously, prioritize a diverse support and build queue, and document tasks effectively.

• Advanced level of English required.

• Ability to collaborate with US clients.
