Senior Designer, Creative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Copywriters and Marketing Managers to craft bold, strategically driven creative concepts for global marketing initiatives encompassing Zwift's hardware and software sectors.

• Design captivating visual identities that can be scaled for product launches, in-game events, brand partnerships, experiential activations, retail, and digital experiences.

• Generate concepts for engaging, social-first creative across static, motion, and short-form video formats, assisting in production oversight to ensure high-quality execution of ideas.

• Work alongside photographers, filmmakers, and producers to develop product photography, advertising campaigns, and video content from initial concept through to production.

• Contribute to bringing Zwift's campaigns to life across digital platforms by providing Figma layouts for web, CRM, and in-game marketing assets, demonstrating a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

• Capture cinematic imagery from the Zwift video game environment for utilization in global marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 5–7 years of experience in a creative agency or an in-house brand team.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

• An interest in emerging AI-driven creative tools and workflows.

• A portfolio that showcases strong conceptual ideas, unique visual design, and outstanding craftsmanship.

• Strong skills in typography, composition, and visual systems.

• Capability to consistently build brand identities across various channels.

• Competence in collaborating with Copywriters, Marketing Managers, and Producers.

• Ability to present and refine creative concepts effectively.

• Proficiency in managing projects from concept through to execution.

• Capacity to balance creative aspirations with meticulous attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.

• Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to acquire new skills.

• Must disclose or cite any AI tools utilized during interviews; failure to do so will result in disqualification from consideration.
