This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Deliver work that meets Multiplayer's quality standards
• Mentor junior team members to achieve high-quality outputs
• Recognize and evaluate intricate issues, their causes, and potential solutions
• Adjust to modifications in project scope, team dynamics, or workflows
• Conduct research and convert insights into practical design opportunities
• Create interactive prototypes to test concepts and collect user feedback
• Develop rapid iterations to enhance decision-making speed
• Lead client workshops to gather audience insights
• Clearly communicate the importance of good design in client interactions
• Assist in creating visually engaging presentations that convey essential information
• Utilize storytelling techniques to connect with human emotions
• Schedule regular client meetings to align on expectations
• Participate in pitch presentations and develop assets for new business initiatives
• Engage in ongoing creative enhancement, innovation, and excellence
• Minimum of 4 years of full-time experience in the UX design field
• Portfolio available for review
• Required to have at least a 3-hour overlap with the Toronto EDT timezone
