Senior Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive user experiences and product workflows.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction design elements.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Design Engineers.

• Engage in user research and conduct usability testing sessions.

• Validate design solutions through testing, feedback, and iterative processes.

• Convert customer and business requirements into user-friendly product experiences.

• Incorporate AI tools in the design and prototyping stages.

• Contribute to the product strategy and experience direction for a new digital initiative.

• Assist in implementation and delivery by working closely with engineering teams.

• Consistently enhance experiences based on user insights and product feedback.

• Own and refine core product experiences for an early-stage digital offering.

• Utilize AI tools integrated into products and everyday design practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience through a combination of education and work history.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, including flows, interaction design, and visual craftsmanship.

• Experience in designing and testing prototypes with actual users and translating insights into design decisions.

• Ability to operate within iterative development cycles alongside engineering and product management teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present work to stakeholders and leadership.

• Comfortable with ambiguity; capable of taking loosely defined problems and steering toward a validated design solution.
