Senior Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop designs for brand identity systems, marketing campaigns, and digital product experiences across web, mobile, and various platforms.

• Establish scalable visual languages and design systems that span both marketing and product environments.

• Convert strategic objectives into concepts, user flows, UI frameworks, and high-quality executions.

• Create prototypes for interaction and motion, including clickable and high-fidelity prototypes.

• Leverage AI for ideation, iterative processes, production assistance, and rapid prototyping.

• Collaborate with strategists, writers, producers, and engineers to ensure seamless project delivery from start to finish.

• Present design work, integrate feedback, and engage in client discussions.

• Balance creative exploration with daily design production across various workstreams.

• Deliver high-fidelity, build-ready designs and assist with handoff, quality assurance, and iterative improvements.

• Oversee workload and project timelines to ensure timely completion of design tasks.

• High proficiency and curiosity in AI; actively experimenting with tools, forming opinions, and refining workflows.

• Capability to quickly transform ideas into concrete, testable experiences through prototyping.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.

• Ability to independently manage segments of work.

• A portfolio demonstrating strong craftsmanship in identity, campaign, and product/UI projects.

• Proficient in typography, composition, interaction design, and systems thinking.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Experience in contributing to design systems for both marketing and product surfaces.

• Comfort in closely collaborating with engineers regarding handoff, feasibility, and quality assurance.

• Familiarity with working in iterative build cycles.
