📋 Description

• Develop the strategy for design delivery and manage significant facility, campus phases, or intricate regional programs from initial concept through to construction, commissioning, and final handover.

• Collaborate with external consultants, equipment manufacturers, contractors, and internal stakeholders spanning architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, controls, and security systems.

• Supervise design reporting, risk management, and value engineering processes.

• Lead the resolution of technical, commercial, and program-related risks.

• Act as the primary design partner for the Construction, Operations, Security, and Sustainability divisions.

• Guide Design Managers to enhance regional practices.

• Ensure that technical decisions are in line with safety, customer needs, commercial objectives, program requirements, resilience, and sustainability goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Typically possess over 10 years of experience with significant responsibility for complex data center or mission-critical capital projects.

• Have a profound multidisciplinary comprehension of critical facility systems, consultant governance, relevant codes/standards, permitting, and the distinctions between global and local compliance.

• Showcase strong commercial insight to effectively balance technical trade-offs with costs.

• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead cross-functional teams through influence.

• Hold a four-year college degree in Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
