Senior Design Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of design processes from start to finish across website, email, SMS, lifecycle marketing, and events.

• Deliver refined, brand-consistent work for independent medspas.

• Contribute to cohesive marketing strategies and channel-specific tactics for key practices.

• Develop a template system tailored for smaller practices.

• Optimize and document design workflows while setting appropriate service level agreements (SLAs).

• Identify, evaluate, and integrate AI design tools to minimize manual production time.

• Establish the design standard within the medspa industry.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Services team to support numerous independent medspas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of design experience, including comprehensive brand design ownership.

• A portfolio that includes work in website, email/SMS, and event or experiential design.

• Background in luxury, beauty, hospitality, or wellness sectors.

• A refined aesthetic and a distinct perspective on premium design.

• Experience in marketing or campaign strategy development.

• Capability to compose light copy that complements the design work.

• Experience in establishing a creative, design, or marketing function, agency experience across various brand identities, or creative operations experience with direct design responsibilities.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and defining structured systems.

• Practical experience with AI design tools and informed opinions on their effective application.
