Senior Design Expert – AI Design Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in a compensated AI design research study with a prominent technology firm.

• Observe how expert designers tackle challenges, assess craftsmanship, critique work, and determine when designs are ready for launch.

• Participate in organized, recorded remote sessions.

• Depending on suitability, either take on the role of the expert being interviewed or conduct the interview.

• Allocate approximately 4–5 hours for each task/interview, including preparation and a brief review afterward.

• Contribute to projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

• Provide a portfolio for fit assessment; portfolios will not be utilized for model training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive design experience at a senior level in product, UX, brand, or related disciplines.

• A distinct perspective on design quality, critique, and standards for shipping.

• A shareable portfolio; a website link is preferred.

• Only work that can be publicly shared; no confidential, unreleased, or NDA-protected content.

• Must operate as an independent contractor.

• Currently unable to accommodate H1-B or STEM OPT candidates.
