AI Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Convert solution requirements and business scenarios into effective AI-driven solutions on the Creatio platform.

• Set up and tailor AI agents for practical business applications.

• Create and configure AI-enhanced workflows that link individuals, AI agents, business data, knowledge sources, and automated processes.

• Develop and modify business processes, workflows, business rules, UI components, dashboards, and other application elements utilizing no-code/low-code tools.

• Connect AI agents and Creatio applications with external systems and services through APIs and other integration methods.

• Define how AI agents interact with business data, knowledge sources, workflows, and outside services.

• Evaluate AI-driven solutions across various scenarios, identify potential gaps and edge cases, resolve issues, and enhance solution reliability.

• Create and sustain technical documentation and reusable solution configurations.

• Work in collaboration with AI Consultants and other technical teams during the solution design and implementation phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of relevant hands-on experience in software engineering, application development, automation, AI solutions, technical implementation, or a comparable technical discipline.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or another applicable technical field.

• Practical experience in building or configuring solutions with Generative AI, LLMs, or AI agents through professional roles, internships, academic projects, or personal initiatives.

• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data exchange principles.

• Familiarity with business processes, workflows, and process automation.

• Prior experience with CRM, ERP, marketing automation, accounting systems, workflow systems, or other business applications.

• Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills, with the capability to comprehend system logic, dependencies, and data flows.

• Ability to interpret structured requirements and translate them into functional technical configurations.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and passionately interested in AI and emerging technologies.

• Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher.

• Experience with no-code/low-code or business automation platforms is a plus.

• Knowledge of BPMN is an added advantage.
