Senior Associate – Microsoft D365 ERP (F&O) AI/Copilot Functional Consultant

📋 Description

• Utilize Dynamics 365 Applications to provide customized solutions that meet client requirements

• Develop impactful Dynamics 365 solutions

• Understand client needs and offer guidance on D365 business scenarios

• Manage project tasks to ensure completion within time and budget constraints

• Establish meaningful relationships with clients while addressing uncertainties

• Coach team members and offer guidance and feedback to junior staff

• Examine complex issues and formulate strategic solutions

• Perform business process analysis and design process flows

• Create project plans and ensure timely task management

• Participate in various stages of Dynamics 365 solution lifecycles

• Provide high-quality solutions

• Maintain professional standards, ethics, and business conduct

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree

• 4 to 7 years of relevant experience

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification

• Comprehensive knowledge and/or demonstrated success in utilizing Dynamics 365 Applications (F&O, CE, Project Operations, or others) along with other Microsoft solution offerings

• Experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 products

• Willingness to travel up to 60%
