This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the enterprise demand planning process and the demand planning system.
• Create and sustain demand forecasts.
• Conduct data analysis and oversee planning performance.
• Support the monthly Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Customer Operations, Global Supply Planning, Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain Excellence.
• Aid in the implementation of systems and processes, manage change, and analyze performance metrics and training.
• Act as a super user and subject matter expert for the demand planning system and demand management process.
• Enhance demand forecasts across Integer manufacturing sites through analytics, system utilization and configuration, and strategic execution.
• Maintain the unconstrained demand plan for enterprise supply planning and SIOP decision-making.
• Keep statistical and consensus demand forecasts updated.
• Track forecast accuracy and bias, driving continuous improvements in forecast quality.
• Lead demand reviews and question forecast assumptions using data-driven analysis.
• Identify and communicate demand risks, opportunities, and changes to global supply planning.
• Oversee global demand management and control, including monthly and annual reporting and site and enterprise analyses.
• Monitor demand volatility and planning KPIs.
• Share best practices in demand management with site-level customer operations teams.
• Coordinate monthly performance metrics, risks, and opportunities with various sites.
• Perform additional duties as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related technical field.
• APICS certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of Supply Chain experience in manufacturing settings.
• At least 3 years of experience in Demand Planning and SIOP.
• Strong technical proficiency with Demand Planning systems and processes.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, trends, and modeling.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Preference for candidates with Oracle and Oracle Cloud experience.
• Direct experience working with large data sets.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams at all levels and manage change effectively.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient to advanced skills in computer and presentation software.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
