This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the demand generation strategy targeting the Financial Institutions and Lending sector, aligning revenue goals with campaign themes, channel strategies, and quantifiable objectives.
• Design and manage integrated campaigns across various platforms, including advertising, industry events, direct mail, digital engagements, webinars, and other focused channels.
• Oversee campaigns from inception to completion, including campaign briefs, audience and account selection, offers, channel mix, asset needs, launch plans, sales follow-ups, measurement, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
• Create a collaborative operating rhythm with Sales regarding target accounts, campaign involvement, goal attainment, follow-up responsibilities, account feedback, and opportunity results.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content Marketing to convert market insights, buyer requirements, and product messaging into campaign ideas, content, offers, and sales-ready initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance through data evaluation and storytelling, and apply insights for enhancements.
• Oversee campaign budgets, assess channel and vendor performance, and advise on investment distribution for revenue growth.
• Keep an up-to-date campaign calendar and project plan visible across marketing, sales, and other departments.
• Manage external partners involved in paid media, publisher programs, design, and asset creation.
• 8-10 years of experience in B2B demand generation, account-based marketing, field marketing, or integrated campaign management, ideally within enterprise SaaS, fintech, payments, or other complex technology sectors.
• Solid experience in campaign development and program execution.
• Demonstrated capability to guide cross-functional teams and oversee a layered demand function.
• Proven track record of converting industry events into quantifiable demand initiatives.
• Experience in managing agencies, contractors, publishers, or other external collaborators, ensuring accountability for quality, timelines, and performance.
• Strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for selected industry events and company or team gatherings.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
