Senior Data Solutions Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical scoping and requirements collection with customers, prospects, partners, and internal teams.

• Evaluate source systems, data samples, formats, volumes, and quality to assess the feasibility and strategy for migration.

• Specify data mappings, transformation rules, validation criteria, assumptions, dependencies, and responsibilities of the customer.

• Create and manage Statements of Work that encompass requirements, estimates, risks, and pricing.

• Direct intricate external and Procore-to-Procore migrations, including extracts, transformations, and structured data updates.

• Supervise migration delivery from data preparation and extraction through to import, testing, validation, and final handoff.

• Work in collaboration with Sales, Project Managers, Professional Services Consultants, and technical teams to address obstacles and ensure aligned delivery.

• Act as a subject-matter expert, contributing to team standards, reusable workflows, and enhancements in processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of client-facing experience in data migration, technical consulting, SaaS implementation, or Professional Services.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.

• Proven experience leading complex data migrations from the discovery phase through to validation and delivery.

• In-depth understanding of data mapping, transformation, extraction, and validation methodologies.

• Capability to analyze structured data and troubleshoot data-quality concerns using formats such as CSV, Excel, JSON, or similar.

• Familiarity with APIs, SQL, or tools like Postman is preferred.

• Exceptional communication abilities with both technical and business audiences.

• Experience with Procore, construction technology, ERP or accounting systems, or large-scale file migrations is advantageous.
