Senior Data Security Specialist – Data Security Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish and execute strategies for data protection and governance.

• Assess risks, vulnerabilities, and identify areas for enhancement within the data landscape.

• Engage with data classification, DLP, DSPM, CASB, and Microsoft Purview.

• Create policies, metrics, and development roadmaps for Information Security.

• Partner with Privacy, Compliance, Audit, IT, and Business teams.

• Assist in AI Security projects and safeguard data in cloud settings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive background in Information Security, particularly in data protection and governance.

• Proficient in DLP, Microsoft Purview, CASB, data classification, and environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Familiarity with regulated sectors and compliance with Brazil's LGPD.

• A strategic and analytical approach, paired with exceptional communication skills for engaging both technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience with DSPM platforms like Varonis, Cyera, Guardium, or equivalent solutions.

• Relevant certifications including CDPSE, SC-400, SC-100, CISSP, CISM, CIPM, or CIPT.
