📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop data products and workflows that enhance essential operations.

• Transition and modernize clients’ workloads from outdated environments to the cloud for measurable improvements.

• Lead AI implementation initiatives with clients to achieve business objectives.

• Produce reference use cases accompanied by tutorials, reference code, and training materials to promote the adoption of cloud tools for tangible business outcomes.

• Conduct office hours to enhance client skillsets.

• Design, train, and implement machine learning solutions to address intricate business challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related scientific/technical field, along with 15+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent experience).

• Expertise in Python and advanced SQL for data analysis.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working on prominent cloud platforms like Databricks, Azure, AWS, and GCP.

• Familiarity with the complete data science workflow, from dataset identification to production, and associated tools (NumPy, SciPy, MLFlow).

• Strong grasp of traditional machine learning frameworks.

• Basic knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and agentic AI processes.

• Capability to acquire and sustain a suitability/public trust clearance.

• Over 5 years of data science experience delivering multiple operational products.

• At least 2 years’ experience in creating visual insights (dashboards and reports) that meet operational requirements.

• Previous experience with R / Stata / SAS.

• Experience in converting R / Stata / SAS codebases to Python.

• Previous involvement in launching products that utilize LLMs or AI agents.
