📋 Description

• Become a part of the central Data Science & Analytics team while integrating into a key business area: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.

• Take ownership of the analytical function for the designated business unit from start to finish.

• Identify business challenges, clarify the decision-making processes that analyses should support, and question any flawed inquiries.

• Establish metrics, create reports, conduct analyses, design experiments, and provide actionable data insights.

• Present recommendations to teams in product, growth, finance, or operations.

• Articulate what is occurring, the reasons behind it, and suggest subsequent actions.

• Facilitate decision-making and carry out initiatives to fruition.

• Assist in scaling Jerry.ai from 5 million to 50 million customers, steering towards a $10 billion business valuation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or a rapidly growing technology company.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Proficiency in independently extracting, structuring, and interpreting data.

• Proven history of tackling ambiguous challenges and generating significant outcomes.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence decisions at the leadership level.

• Proficient in SQL or Python.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada.

• Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.
