This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead and implement quality assurance processes for custom pricing files within the retail network client.
β’ Maintain, validate, and reconcile pricing file data to ensure completeness and integrity.
β’ Write, modify, and optimize sophisticated SQL queries for data analysis, reporting, and ad hoc client requests.
β’ Develop and enhance SQL logic for large and intricate enterprise datasets.
β’ Identify, investigate, and resolve data issues that impact pricing accuracy or client deliverables.
β’ Implement controls and preventative measures to enhance data quality and minimize risk.
β’ Design, maintain, and improve automated processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and turnaround times.
β’ Collaborate with Account Management, Contracting, Supply Chain, and Pricing teams to research and resolve inquiries.
β’ Clearly communicate data insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Conduct weekly maintenance on pricing file data.
β’ Develop standardized SQL logic for ad hoc data inquiries.
β’ Support the retail network/PBM relationship through contracting inquiries.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in healthcare/managed care, ideally within Rx/PBM operations, with direct responsibility for data analysis and reporting.
β’ Advanced proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write complex queries from scratch and modify existing logic across large-scale datasets.
β’ Strong attention to detail with the capability to independently validate and perform quality assurance on work for data accuracy.
β’ Experience in a client-facing or stakeholder-facing role.
β’ Ability to convey complex data concepts clearly and in an actionable manner.
β’ Competence in managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
β’ Experience with large datasets using SQL, Teradata, and Excel.
β’ Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data issues.
β’ Capability to work collaboratively across functions in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Home internet access through cable broadband or fiber optic service with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed when working from home.
